Kati Missman
Owner
Kati is a Grand Valley graduate from the School of Communications with a dual emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations. Before declaring her major, she spent time at GVSU pursuing a business degree, which allowed her time to understand the entrepreneurial side of businesses and fun topics such as accounting, management, and computer sciences.
KM Online Marketing came to life while Kati was meeting with businesses in a former job, but knew there was a piece of the puzzle missing. Branded marketing plans with proper execution had to be possible under one roof. She is a firm believer that marketing needs to come together as one cohesive message to be successful.
Kati is a Traverse City native, where you will often find her and her family in the summer months. She lives in West Michigan with her husband and two sons. Kati is also a group fitness instructor at the YMCA.
Madison Grzybek
Marketing Assistant &
Project Development
Madison graduated from Aquinas College in 2022, where she earned her degree in Business Administration and minor in Marketing. She was on the Women’s Soccer team for 4 years and also met her fiancé, Nick, while at school! She’s getting married soon and has the cutest golden retriever puppy, named Bean.
Madison started as an intern at KMOM, and is so happy to be a part of the team permanently now as a Marketing Assistant and Project Developer!
Ryan Damerow
Content Writer & Editor
Ryan Damerow provides various services for KMOM, including content creation, blogging, and copy editing. He has a background in academic writing and publishing and in various forms of management, including nonprofit organizations, websites, and projects of various kinds. He holds the following degrees: MA-TESOL (Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey), MBA (Western Governors University), and BA (Political Science, Michigan State University). Ryan enjoys a number of activities at home (gardening, home improvement, and cooking), outdoors (fishing, hiking, and disc golf), and abroad (especially in China where his wife is from and where served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer).
